My husband and I have decided not to have children for the next couple of years. Instead of my eggs being flushed away, we'd rather help others out.
Personal letter
I am so excited that a new chapter is opening in your lives! I will warn you, the child will be extremely gifted. I was in G.A.T.E. in school and taught myself how to play numerous instruments. My child is so much brighter than I was at his age. When he was 4, he completed his first video game. When he was 7, he created his first frame-by-frame cartoon (including voice overs) on his Nintendo DS. He is 8 with a reading and a math level of a 6.5 grader. He was one of eight students in his grade to be in G.A.T.E. (out of around 650 other students). His father had severe learning disabilities, so I can't imagine what the possibilities are otherwise! Very loving, very respectful, very even tempered (both of us).
