Personal letter
Dear Potiential Parent, I was born with no uterus and am unable to carry a child. I would love to have the opportunity to exchange my eggs for someone to carry and be my surrogate. I am will to allow my eggs to be fertilized by the sperm you choose, and would like in return for my eggs fertilized with my fiance's sperm to be carried my you as well. When the babies are born we could do a DNA test to see who's was who's or we could do IVF a second time to keep the embryos separate.
