I am Mr. S. Nageswara Rao Patnaik, aged fifty-three years, born on [removed]. I was born at Kakinada, in Andhra Pradesh, India. I had lived there for twenty-two years, from 1958 to 1980. I had pursued my primary school, secondary school, junior college and senior college education there. I got the degree of the B.Sc. in Zoology. I migrated to Ahmedabad, in Gujarat, India. I lived there for twenty-three years, from 1980 to 2003. I pursued my university education there. I got the degrees of the M.Sc. in Zoology, the M.Sc. (Medical) in Medical Human Physiology, due to be completed, and the B.Ed. in Science and Mathematics. I shifted to Hyderabad, in Andhra Pradesh, India. I lived there for three years, from 2003 to 2006. Then, I came to Vasai, Mumbai, in Maharashtra, India. I have been living there for six years, since 2006. Meanwhile, I have been teaching the students from the schools and institutes of various levels of education Biology for the past twenty-eight years, since 1984. I am married twice ! I had first married Ms. B. Rama Mani Patnaik on [removed]. We were separated after three-and-a half years. Then, I married Ms. R. Rajeswari Patnaik on [removed]. I have descended from the pedigree of families of scholars, like Teachers, Engineers, Doctors, etc.!! I am very proud of myself and my family pedigree, forever !!!

We lost our first and only child a few years ago. So, I want to help as many childless single women or heterosexual couples as I can donate my spermatozoa to, in order to see a smile of pride of being mothers or parents, on their faces. This will, I feel, certainly give me satisfaction of being a parent myself ! Yet, I have some specification in this respect. I wish to donate my spermatozoa to the women or the heterosexual couples, in need, preferably, from the community either of the Hinduism or of the Christianity, of Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh or Orissa in India or of the United States of America, Canada, Mexico or Russia !
