About the intended parents profile

My husband and I are intelligent, happy, loving, well-adjusted people. My husband is Navajo Native American and I am Caucasian of Swedish and German descent. We both come from loving homes with parents that are still happily married after many, many years. We are drug free, alcohol free, and non-smokers. We live on the Navajo nation in northern, AZ and are very active in our community and with our people. We are focused on helping others and the environment. My husband is currently finishing his BA in Psychology and will begin his Masters in Vision Rehab Therapy in the fall of 2015. Once he has finished school, I will be going back to get my BA in social work. Education is important to us, but so is having fun. We enjoy the outdoors spending time with our family, as well as our horses and dogs. We are also very active in our local animal rescue organization.
