I received a heart transplant in July 2014 after going into heart failure during my pregnancy. My beautiful son was born premature in February 2014. We are both doing great, and my husband and I are ready to add onto our family. The risk of rejection is too high if I were to be pregnant again, so We are seeking a surrogate to help us :-
