Well I am a native and so is my spouse. We've been together for almost 8 years. I am a medical office assistant. I have Goldenhar Syndrome and this caused me to be born without ovaries. At the moment we are caring for my spouses niece his sisters daughter. We've had her for over a year, it is almost time to give her back to her parents, I'm really going to miss her.
