Dear Surrogate Mother, Hello! We are Christophe and Samatar. Most people call us Chris and Sam. Through this letter we will try to give you a sense of who we are, but above all, we would like to say that we are well aware that without the participation of a generous surrogate mother, our desire and dream to be parents would never become a reality. We are very grateful that you are contemplating this extraordinary adventure. Who are we? Chris is 37 years old, 6'2 and weighs 190 lbs, brown eyes and hair. He works as a Medical Physicist in Radiotherapy. Chris has a Ph.D. and a Post Doc in Medical Physics. Sam is 40 years old, 5'9 and weighs 165 lbs, dark eyes and hair. He works as a Software Engineer in one of the major banks in Canada, specializing in data architecture and database management. We love hiking and travelling and try to combine it as much as we can. We also like to host our friends at home. We consider ourselves fortunate to have found in each other the love of our lives and a best friend. We live in Montreal, in the residential Rosemont neighborhood. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms and we look forward to get to say that it became too small for our family. We have always longed for children and our shared value of family bonded us together. We have similar outlook on life and family is important to us. We both knew early on, throughout childhood and teenage years that we wanted to be dads. We have always been very involved with the children around us. As a volunteer at Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Greater Montreal, Chris mentored several children and Sam was the primary caretaker of his nephew while he was in treatment in Canada for a year. We would love to be parents and be given the opportunity to love and nurture a child together from the beginning of his/her life. Some children are born not wanted by anyone we feel this child will have a great strength in the knowledge of how VERY much wanted he/she is by all concerned. We hope we can share this pregnancy together and remain in contact after birth. We hope to have a warm and friendly relationship together with you and your family during the pregnancy. Hopefully we will be able to have several memorable times together. We want our child to know about you and how generous you are. Our child will be told of the incredible compassion and goodwill between two families that resulted in our child’s birth. We are committed to this process and hopeful our dream will come true. We have completed part of the IVF process, we already have beautiful embryos, preserved and waiting for transfer once we find a Surrogate. We offer all the love we have, a secure family unit, healthy and committed Dads. This child will have a fun, loving home with two parents who love each other. Hoping to find you.
