I have been married to my husband for 10 years. We have lived in Chicago for the last 6 years and during this time have tried to have a family. I got pregnant many times but it always resulted in a miscarriage. So then 2.5 years ago, I turned to IVF. Again the experience was the same. I could get pregnant but I would miscarry. I've had over a dozen miscarriages on this 6 year journey. It is heartbreaking to see your baby’s heartbeat on the ultra sounds one day and then the next week it is gone. I have seen 3 different reproductive endocrinologists, 2 reproductive immunologists, and a miscarriage specialist. No one can explain why this keeps happening. I'm trying to find an independent gestational surrogate, who we will reimburse appreciatively, but might be financially better for both of us to skip the agency route. Please let me know if you’d like to connect. I want to make sure that we are aligned on certain values first. If we are a match, I would like us to have a contract and legal representation on both sides.

We are looking for a surrogate who can help us on our 6 year journey to create a family. We would like the surrogate to live in a stable environment, have a healthy lifestyle, has fully completed her family meaning does not want any additional children of her own, has surrogacy friendly health insurance or willing to get one which we will pay for, is in a relationship where the partner is supportive of her being a surrogate, is open to selective reduction / termination if health issues arise, and willing to have a relationship during the pregnancy however, this might be mainly on the phone and via email depending on where the surrogate lives. We would like to see each during the pregnancy and potentially join you on some doctor visits, and be at the hospital on the day of delivery.
