Intended parents surrogacy preferences

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for about 11 years. It has been a very long and difficult road with countless operations and procedures due to endometriosis. We have tried IVF before with no success and have tried with a surrogate as well but no success. I have finally lost the plot of conceiving my own biological children when I had to have a complete hysterectomy due to the disease spreading to my other organs. I am at a stage where I feel that I am mentally and physically ready to start my parenting journey and being able to love and care for a little miracle that we are so looking forward to have. The thought of him/her makes me heart smile :-
