Hello! We’re Lucy and Darrell, a couple who has been married since 2012 and are ready to start a family. Unfortunately, I cannot carry a pregnancy due to a medical disorder, so we’re seeking a wonderful gestational surrogate. We're excited to begin IVF treatment and have been exploring surrogacy for a year. We have a lively home with our puppy Ivy and some adorable pets. About the intended parents profile

Hi, we are Lucy and Darrell. I am 37 and Darrell is 45 and we are from York, North Yorkshire. We have been together since 2009 and married since 2012. I am a hotel receptionist and Darrell is an event manager / wedding coordinator. We have been wanting to start a family for a few years but my medical disorder has prevented me from carrying a pregnancy therefore we have decided to go down the surrogacy route. We have been looking at surrogacy for about a year but haven't met our special lady yet. We have a clinic and are currently starting ivf treatment to make our embryos. This should be completed by October. We love outdoorsy pursuits like surfing and hiking and we enjoy socializing with our friends. We have a 9 month old puppy called ivy, a guinea pig called Bertie and two pet rats called Mollie and Angelina. I am very much into nautical history and marine biology and always have my head in a book learning new things. Darrell enjoys listening to POD casts and going to comic cons. We love travelling especially to Europe to go snorkelling in the med and to visit the beautiful old cities. The only thing missing in our lives is a child and to be a family. We would love to meet a lovely lady who could help make this dream come true.
