We met online 6 years ago. We were long distance Omar in London and Sue in Los Angeles for a year and a half before Omar made the leap across the pond. Our long distance relationship culminated in a fun surprise proposal! We got married in 2015 and have been happily living and loving life. But something is missing. Sue found out early on in our relationship that she has a rare blood disorder that makes it unsafe for her to carry a child. We were devastated and looked at alternative ways to have a child. Desperate to have our own baby, we poured over research on surrogacy. That's led us here.

Intended parents surrogacy preferences

We found the safest way to have our own baby is to find a kind person who would be willing to be a gestational surrogate. That process is lengthy and extremely expensive, but recently we saved enough to make it happen independently. And now we we’ve just been blessed with three confirmed potentially four healthy embryos that have been frozen and are ready to be implanted any time. We’re hoping to implant 2 embryos in the summer/early fall of 2019. Which means, it’s GO TIME! Now, we just need to find that special someone to partner with us and help make our family complete! Is that you? We hope so!

Message from the intended parents

All we can say is that we couldn’t possibly ever do enough to convey our gratitude for the person that will help us with this. That incredible, giving person will forever be a part of our family. We keep working and pushing towards growing our family and we’ve done all we can do. We don’t know the outcome, but we are trusting God will provide for us and our surrogate. We promise to make the experience as comfortable and FUN as possible. We are happy, upbeat people and good listeners, and we want to make our surrogacy story be one you want to share with your own kids, family and friends.
