Dear Surrogate mother, Thank you for taking time to consider being our surrogate mother. You are providing us with a beautiful blessing. There are not nearly enough words, gestures, or expressions of gratitude that could ever show how truly thankful Jb and I are to be on this surrogacy journey with you. In 2013 my body was put through a lot and due to personal reasons I had to endure a complete hysterectomy. You won't have to change diapers, calm fussiness or warm bottles for nine months we would like to borrow you womb. Sorry a little humor to break the ice I hope that don't offend you. Ideally you're somewhere I can easily visit, chat, coo to your belly. There's a lot to sort out before we can commit to each other. But please don't be overwhelmed. We can do this. Along the way could develop a beautiful friendship as you help us on the journey to grow our family. It would be a friendship on a whole deeper level. From the get go our friendship will require extreme clarity. We want us to feel like family to you. You will forever be imprinted on our child. Surrogacy isn't something one considers out of the gate. It's a lot we know, as in any friendship it may take time to fully trust each other. Regardless, here's our hand, it's open.
