We are a loving couple from El Cajon, California, who have been trying to grow our family for three years now. Despite our efforts, we haven't had the success we hoped for. My wife faces challenges with fertility, making it difficult for her to carry another child. Our son often asks for a sibling, which has inspired us to seek a surrogate or an egg donor, preferably from the Philippines.
