Here are some details about our journey: - We have frozen Day 3 (D3) embryos ready for transfer. - Our fertility clinic is located in New York (NY). - The ideal gestational carrier would be comfortable traveling to NY for medical screening and embryo transfer, with all travel expenses fully covered by us. We are looking for a surrogate who shares our values and is comfortable with our views regarding pregnancy decisions, including being supportive of reduction or medical termination if serious fetal abnormalities or medical complications arise. We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive support, which includes: - Base compensation: $40,000–$60,000 (depending on experience, proven fertility, and location) - Monthly allowance: $150–$350 - Milestone payments, transfer fees, maternity clothing allowance, invasive procedure stipends, and reimbursement for eligible lost wages and travel expenses - Secure escrow management of funds through a trusted third party - Fully funded independent legal representation for both sides Most importantly, we hope to build a respectful and trusting relationship with our surrogate.
