Hi there! We’re a fun-loving couple in our 40s from Manakau, New Zealand, and we’ve been trying to start a family for over 12 years. Despite many challenges, including a diagnosis of fractured eggs, we have found hope in a wonderful egg donor. We are in our 40s, fun people with a great friend and family support network. We are both hard workers, successful in our careers, but missing the one thing to make our family complete - a baby. We do have a wonderful Tonkinese kitten Oliver who keeps us entertained.

Intended Parents preferences

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for over 12 years but eventually were told I have fractured eggs. We found a wonderful egg donor last year but none of the five fresh or frozen embryos took. The fertility clinic will not allow us to use a surrogate yet as we have not had enough donor embryos replaced, however I am nearing 45 and am worried about being too old to carry. We need to find a traditional surrogate not gestational, as we already have one of those, but require the help of the clinic, and the Ethics Committee, to proceed with her.

Hi there, we are looking for a traditional surrogate in New Zealand. We have had so many disappointments over the last 10+ years, it seems strange to think we could possibly find a surrogate via a website? We have been approved by CYFs to adopt and approved by Barnardos to foster, we are still in the adoption pool. We have a wonderful egg donor and also a friend who would happily be a gestational surrogate if the clinic would allow but we cannot afford any more IVF and need a traditional surrogate. Would be happy to hear from anyone in New Zealand keen to talk. thanks
