We are a middle-aged university-educated professional couple. My wife teaches at college level and I work with investments in a Canadian bank. We are inter-racial, with myslef being of English/Irish decent and my wife of Haitian decent. We are healthy and enjoy cultural activities. We both have strong family ties and values. We would love to raise children in order to share with them our love, life experiences, and family values; and teach them to be contributing members of society.

My wife and I have been trying to have a child for eight years. Age may have caugut up to us, for we have tried artificial insemination, invitro and other techniques but these were without success. My wife has since had an operation where it may be dangerous for the child, should we try donated eggs with invitro.
