We are a married couple in our 30's. We have a 9 year old son, Thomas who is wonderful. My husband, is a Gunnery Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps and a reserve police officer. He has 6 years left in the military and will then become a full-time policeman. I am a stay at home mother and I devote my time to my family. Our son is legally my step-son but calls me mom and he and are like two peas in a pod. We love to be outdoors and spend time as a family. We are devoted to our sons school and extra-curricular activites. We would truly feel blessed to have another child in our lives.

We are a military family and parents of a 9 year old boy. I had to have an emergency partial hysterectomy 7 years ago and we would really like to have another baby. We do not need an egg donor. I was a surrogate for my sister 10 years ago and gave birth to our neice.

Hi. First let us say thank you for making this wonderful decision to complete a familys dream of having a child. I was a surrogate for my sister 10 years ago and I can say it was one of the most positive experiences of my life and we will do everything that we can to make it the same for you. Our names are Brent and Jamie. We are a couple in our early 30's with a 9 year old son, Thomas. Brent is a Gunnery Sergeant in the Marine Corps and a reserve police officer. He is from Mississippi and comes from a very close knit family. I am a stay at home mother originally born in Texas but raised in South Carolina. I went to college and recieved my BA in criminal justice but prefer to stay home and devote my time to our son. I love to cook and make special desserts for my family! Our son, Thomas is my step-son but he calls me mom and we truly have a very special bond. He lives with us full-time and is very excited at the idea of having a little brother or sister. He is involved in his school and has seasonal sports activites as well as young marines and cub scouts. He is a very loving child and is so sweet and nurturing and very protective of his family. 7 years ago I had to undergo an emergency partial hysterectomy due to an accident. I still have one ovary and produce what my doctor says an obscene amount of eggs for someone in my condition. Brent and I would love to have another child and already have baby names picked out. We currently live on a military base and this child would have more love than I could ever imagine. They say it takes a villiage to raise a child and here on the base the whole villiage participates. All of the children are very close and are more like family than neighbors. We realize that this decision is a very difficult one for you and whichever family you choose to help is a blessing for everyone. To have a child for another family is so wonderful.
