Hello! We are a middle-class family from North Mankato, Minnesota, excited to explore surrogacy to welcome another child into our lives. After I had a hysterectomy a few years ago, we realized that surrogacy would be our best option to grow our family. About the intended parents profile

I am 37 years old and have one son. I had to have a hysterectomy a few years ago due to having large tumors in my uterus. I was able to keep my ovaries, so my husband and I can actually donate our own embryo. We are a normal middle class family. I have a bachelors degree in sociology and corrections and I work for the state of Mn. My husband was in the Army for 9 years and is taking classes part time to get his nursing degree. He also works for the state of Mn. We love to spend time outdoors and in the summer we go to our favorite lake and go boating and fishing quite a bit. I have a son who is highschool. He does quite well and will be off to college in a few years. We have wanted another child since we first met and have finally started the process towards making our dreams come true.

Intended parents surrogacy preferences

My husband and I want to try and have a child of our own. We have so much love to give, but unfortunately I had to have a hysterectomy a few years ago. I have one son, who is in highschool and we love him with all our hearts, but we really want to expand our family. We started looking into surrogacy about two years ago and we are ready to give it a try. We have decided that this is our first option and if surrogacy doesn't work, we will then try adopting.

I'm not sure how to express my gratitude to a complete stranger that may possibly want to give me the greatest gift in life. It's about the most selfless gift a woman can give to a stuggling couple. My husband and I want to thank you for even taking the time to read this in the first place. The main thing we would want you to know is that we have love, patience, kindness and family to share with a child. We are your average, everyday kind of people. We both work hard, but we find time to balance our lives with family, friends and fun. We can provide a happy, healthy environment for a child of our own. We just need a little extra help in making that happen.
