I'm a happily married, 28 year old caucasian female who lives in Chicago. I have a B.S. in Consumer Journalism work as a jewelry designer, part time wedding coordinator and freelance web consultant. I come from an incredible and loving family and cannot imagine my life without my own children.

Intended Parents preferences

I was told at 13 years old that I could not carry a pregnancy after battling a chronic illness that was beyond my control. Fortunately, I worked hard to get and stay healthy and never lost my ability to produce my own eggs every month. Although I dreamed of SOMEDAY having a family, at 13 having babies was so far from my mind! However, being told pregnancy was not in the cards for me would always weigh heavily on my brain (you always want what you can't have, right?) In every aspect of life, I was determined to give 100% and went away to college, maintaining a 4.0 GPA and receiving a B.S. in Consumer Journalism. I now have a career and an amazing husband. We both agreed, I would do IVF immediately after we got married and do everything we could to have our own children. After 2 cycles and retrievals, we were able to freeze 4 high quality fertilized eggs. Finding someone who can make it possible for us to still become loving parents, would be the greatest gift we could ever ask for. There is no possible way to express my infinite gratitude to a special surrogate mother.
