About the intended parents profile

We love each other very much and are incredibly happy together after 7 years of marriage. We have grown up children from our former marriages, all of whom get on very well with us and each other. In many ways we have an idyllic life – successful, happy and loving children and one grand child whom we love very much, a beautiful home and garden, great friends in France and the UK and a lifestyle which many people yearn for, working part time from home and able to enjoy our home and surroundings, and spend most of our time together. We have security in our future pensions as well as the likelihood of work through our business for many years to come, although funds are not unlimited. Crucially, we are blessed with very good health and are fit and have lots of energy! We love walking and skiing – and intend to do so for a very long time. But… The ‘gap’ for us is that we would dearly love to have a child of our marriage to whom we could give an idyllic childhood. In many ways, rural France where we live is like going back in time with a totally family orientated focus, no crime, fresher air than many people will ever have the good fortune to breathe and the sort of long, halcyon summers which we remember from our childhoods.

In many ways, rural France where we live is like going back in time with a totally family orientated focus, no crime, fresher air than many people will ever have the good fortune to breathe and the sort of long, halcyon summers which we remember from our childhoods. We have a 5 bed-roomed home with swimming pool and 9 acres of woodland garden, complete with swings and slides for children. We are right in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by forest but only 5 minutes drive from our local village, small shops, market once a week and school. Everyone rides bikes and families do everything together.
