Hi,We are looking to add to our family and need some help. When we adopted our Daughter back in 2004 we had to go through FBI check Home study 22 page Bio on each Parent back ground checks immigration approval. Then you wait to see if the Chinese accepts your application. That was over 7 years ago. now it takes over 2 years to get the chance to adopt. I never thought about Surrogate mother's seemed so scary a friend has done this and opened my eyes. I would like my husband to have a Daughter or son that looks like him I want to see a child with his smile or eye's His curly hair lol I know it sounds selfish but that has been a dream of mine for a long time.My husband and I went to the OBGYN a few weeks ago and we saw pictures of all the new baby's on the wall. my husband looked for a while at them all and said it would be nice right? I saw a tear come from his eyes as he turned so I would not see him. he is such a great man so kind and great with children what a great gift to give him. I don't mind not being the genetic mother, I will love this child no matter what cause that's how I am. I had asked a family member to be a donor with no luck. we are a mid aged couple but have young hearts very healthy. We are very open and honest. Melinda & Gregg faulkner Melinda
