Dear Potential Surrogate Mother/ Donor: We appreciate your decision to help other people fulfill their dream of having a baby and hope that when you read this short letter, you could feel that we will be the kind of people you had in mind to work with, and help achieve our lifelong dream of having children. I always dreamed of being a mother, of having a wonderful family life, to be married with the man of my dreams. It seems that my husband and I have everything we want, except children. We are both middle aged, we are very loving and giving persons, we are Christians. We love children, we are really good with children; it is like we can speak “their language”. We enjoy going for walks with our dogs, travelling, going to soccer matches, we also like baseball and basketball, we love going to the art museum, to concerts, and we enjoy spending time with family and friends. We lead a healthy life; we do not smoke and only have a drink once in a while. We live in a beautiful house, in a great neighborhood, with young children on the block. We are looking for a healthy young lady that could be our surrogate. I will need an egg donor as well. We would prefer somebody that already have children and/or have worked as a surrogate before. Somebody that will not terminate a pregnancy, even if there are multiple embryos. If you are interested in working with us, please do not hesitate to ask us any questions you might have.
