? After many years of fertility treatment, despite good embryos, we have not achieved a full term pregnancy. We had one successful IVF but this ended in a miscarriage at 8 weeks. Our Dr. has recommended a surrogate. Please describe yourself.

Dear Surrogate, After many years of trying to achieve a pregnancy through IVF, a surrogate has been recommended to us by our Doctor. As a woman, this was difficult to accept initially as I had to deal with the disappointment of not experiencing a pregnancy. Wayne is an amazingly supportive husband and has helped me overcome this and we know that this is the way forward to achieve our dream of having our own genetic children. To know that there are such kind people who are willing to help individuals like us is almost incomprehensible and we would be eternally grateful to anyone who so unselfishly would assist us.
