About this intended parents profile

We have been together 10 years and from the outside we seem like a successful couple! We are both fortunate to work in occupations that we love, we have a lovely home and a bunch of animals, small and large that mean the world to us. We have been unable to have children and have tried many avenues including adoption. Despite trying to 'get over' not having children, we both desperately want a child of our own and feel as if we are not quite complete without a child to share our lives. We are 44 and 48 years of age, both in excellent health, non smokers and both active. We love to travel and feel priviledged to have been able to do all the different things in life that we have done. We both feel sad we have not been able to be parents, to have a child to love and to share this life with. It is the one thing missing from our lives.
