47 yo french candian decent. medical doctor with a Medi-spa. I leave work early to go to karate with my daughter. My husband grew up here and his parents grandmother and brother still live here as well. we love the outdoors and art.

Intended parents surrogacy preferences

My husband and I went through IVF. We conceived a beautiful daughter. Then we tried on our own to have a child the last attempt ended in a disaster. I had a missed cervical ectopic pregnancy, almost bled to death and had to have an emergency hysterectomy. Now we are left with 2 frozen eggs and no uterus. I can't bear the thought of our wanted child still in frozen limbo.

Message from the intended parents

I have waited nine years before getting the courage to seek out and ask someone to do this. It is extremely personal and emotional. We have 2 eggs at the Calgary IVF clinic, but I do not have a uterus to carry the pregnancy. I know the chane is low for these eggs to take.But, I am still mourning the loss. I tell my daughter that she can not have a sibling because I had tried too hard.
