About the intended parents profile

We are a funny, happy, outgoing couple. We've been together for 6 years and the one thing we haven't achieved as a couple is to have a baby together. We are also looking for a traditional surro as I am unable to use my own eggs. We have two children, I have a 17 year old adopted daughter and my husband has a 13 year old son from a previous relationship but we have custody of him.

We need the help of a surrogate mother as I (IM) have a congenital heart condition which means I wouldn't be able to go through pregnancy, I have an adopted daughter and my husband has a son from a previous relationship.

Message from the intended parents

This is a truly difficult letter to write, how do you ask somebody to go through a 9 month pregnancy for you, a painful labour and then hand you a beautiful baby, yours to keep? I don't know how to do that but I can and will ask that if you could first of all consider becoming friends and then see where we end up. As like all IPs we have a dream to have a baby and the only way we can achieve that is with the help of a surro. For me it is important that my child knows where it came from, its history and so we'd like a surro that would still like some contact after our baby is born, this is a very special situation and we'd like our child to know all about that.
