Dear Potential Surrogate Mother.We are looking for that very special someone who can help us help us fulfil our dreams of completing our family with a child. This child will be loved and cherished within a close-knit family. My husband, Sam and I met at University and have known each other for eighteen years and been married for 8 of these years. After University we worked to establish ourselves in our chosen career professions. My husband marketing and management whilst I went into primary school teaching (as I have always loved children and adore working with them). As soon as we could we started our family. However, our pregnancy was fraught with medical problems and I spent a majority of my pregnancy in hospital and had many touch-and-go moments for the baby’s health and myself. But we made it through and were blessed with a gorgeous healthy wee baby boy. However the pregnancy difficulties resulted in me not being able to carry anymore children. This diagnosis was absolutely devastating for us. But now our goal is to continue to try to complete our family by just having one more child and give our little boy a sister or brother to grow up with - not to mention for my husband and I to love.
