Dear Surrogate Mother and/or Donor! We are going to introduce and tell you a bit more about ourselves in a few words... Firstly, thank you for reading this and giving us some consideration in this extraordinary adventure, and that this first encounter may hopefully lead to the most significant event in our life (and hopefully yours). Thank you for considering such a remarkable gift. Until we can meet and get to know each other directly, we hope that this brief introduction will give you some insight into who we are. Our story goes like this: We’ve met over 5 years ago at a university function, and are still very much in love. At the time we were both 'searching' in our lives. We however soon discovered we love to be in each other's company and very soon we started seeing each other on a regular basis. As mentioned earlier, we have now been officially together for just over 5 years. Since very soon after this we have expressed our desire to one day have a family. Due to the fact that we are unable to produce our own off-spring, we obviously looked into various other possibilities such as adoption, fostering etc. We have however come to the conclusion that in the end we would want our OWN children! This is where you inevitably come in... During all our research and dissappointments with regards to adoption etc, we never once considered abandoning our dream of having children. Hopefully, you'll be able to make this dream come true by providing us with your miraculous help. Who are we: Jacques is a Chief Financial Officer mainly concerned with the financial management within his company. He is 1,75m tall and weighs 72kg, has dark brown hair and brown eyes. He is a great cook and loves experimenting! He is also an avid gardner at home. He has a tendency to be quiet and is a very good listener, and incredibly loyal and loving. He is my best friend. Christo is 1,85m and 95 kg, also has dark brown hair and blue eyes. He si very extrovert, being in the Real Estate industry. He has a wonderful sense of humor and is a true friend. He is also a great cook and a wonderful host. Together with Jacques, he also loves being creative in the garden and loves animals (and has a tendency to bring home "strays"). He is the love of my life and my best friend. We have always longed for children. We would love to be parents and be given the opportunity to love and nurture a child together from the beginning of his/her life. Surrogacy is a wonderful alternative for us. We have done quite a lot of research on surrogacy, and we realise how incredibly precious a surrogate mother is. Some children are born not wanted by anyone; we feel this child/ren will have a great strength in the knowledge of how VERY much wanted he/she is by all concerned. What a truly beautiful way to begin life! We hope to have a warm and friendly relationship together with you and your family during the pregnancy. Hopefully we will be able to have several memorable times together. This child/ren will have a fun, loving home with two parents who love each other. We will deal with the good and the bad as it comes up. We’ll try not to spoil this child/ren, but since we want the child/ren so much there will probably be a little spoiling! We have a three bedroom home with a large backyard in a lovely and safe Estate. Christo's brother and sister-in-law live down the road and Jacques entire family close by. We therefore see each other quite often. We offer ... all the love we have, a secure family unit, a huge, loving and welcoming extended family, healthy and committed Dads (with enough female influence from the before-mentioned family), a secure financial situation and home, and unending love and respect for our Surrogate mother and her family. Without your help we will not have a family. You are giving more than just the "Gift of Life", as incredibly precious as that is in itself, you would also be in the truly unique position of bringing overwhelming joy and a new beginning to hearts that has been aching for this moment so long... We hope and pray that you are out there somewhere. That you read our story and that you and your family find us to be "Just Right". Hoping to find you.......
