Profile introduction
As a partnered gay man, my lifelong dream of having a child has become a beacon of hope, especially after learning that I can't conceive naturally. Recently diagnosed with HIV, I'm healthy at present and have discovered the sperm washing process, which gives us the opportunity to have a healthy child without passing on the virus. We've faced tough times, yet the prospect of building a family fuels our optimism. We're new to this process and uncertain about costs, but we're determined to give it a try.
