How do you start a letter to a stranger, who is offering the most generous of gifts. Thank you seems inadequate. I have been struggling with infertility for 4 years. I have experienced 3 miscarriages - which were heartbreaking. I have top quality frozen embryos, but due to damage done to my uterus during fibroid surgery, I am unable to use them myself. I have had a ridiculous number of set backs in this process, but I am not prepared to give up on my dream. Instead, I have to broaden my quest to become a mom. I am so thankful that there are people out there who are kind enough to help a stranger realize their dream of parenthood. I can only imagine it's because being a parent is so special to you that you want to share that gift. And for that, I thank you.
