About this intended parent profile

I am a very "young" 46 year old woman with much love to give and a stable, comfortable home. My first child was born when I was 20 and I was instantly at home with being a mom. My youngest turned 18 recently and is in college. I am very well read with an above-average IQ. I also am a caregiver by nature and volunteer as an activities coordinator at a local nursing home. My health is excellent and I know I can give a child a wonderful life.

I was widowed several years ago after having to undergo a partial hysterectomy. I did not imagine at that time I would want to have children without him. I have not stopped thinking about a child for over. four years. I feel a void without the responsibility of rearing children. I have been a mother most of my life.

Message from this intended parent

Dear potential surrogate/donor, I am writing to you to request your help in completing the missing part of my life. I was rendered unable to have any more children in my 30's and thought that I would be satisfied with that. My youthfulness and love for children, as well as a new love (after the passing of my beloved in 2008) has not eased the longing to have another child. I have only known being a mother and that job has been the single most fulfilling and wonderful experience of my life. My two are now grown, but I feel that I am not finished. I have so much to offer a child and so much that a child would bring to my life as well. Please consider my request and feel free to ask any questions or address any concerns you may have. My age is possibly a concern to you, but I can assure you....I am in excellent health and no one ever guesses that I am even 40! I am full of life and full of love. I wish to share both with a child. I would be grateful to the person that would honor me with this and would love the child as if I delivered it myself. I would accept the child regardless of any health issues that could possibly be an issue and provide well for the child. Again, I thank you for your consideration.
