We started trying to have children in 2005 and have gone through many, many attempts. My wife cannot grow a sufficient lining in your uterus to accommodate a fertilized egg. I helped raise my two twin nieces from my sister-in-law and they are now college graduates. I am 43 and time is running out for my wife and I to start our family.
