As a couple who has faced our share of heartache, we cherish the joy our 4-year-old son brings us. We've been trying to grow our family for over 11 years, enduring the ups and downs of IVF, including the loss of twins. About the intended parents profile

I am 39 and my hubby is 41. We are an easy going, genuine, honest couple who love spending time with our precious little boy, who would love more than anything to be a big brother.

Intended parents surrogacy preferences

We have had numerous attempts at IVF and been trying to conceive our family for 11 yrs. From our IVF cycles we have a 4 yr old son, we then suffered a miscarriage and following this we had twins at 28wk gestation that both tragically died in SCBU the week they were born. We have had subsequent attempts at IVF but I have developed a severe rare allergy to the IVF drugs, have immune NK cells and tested positive for a anti Ro antibodies that can cross the placenta and cause fetal heart block in pregnancy or neonatal lupus.

All we have ever wanted to be is a family and we would love to meet a wonderful surrogate to help heal our broken hearts after a lot of difficulty over the last 11 years. I believe there is no greater gift really than carrying our baby for us and we would love to meet a surrogate and her family, to develop a friendship, and hopefully grow a precious baby xx
