Hello and thank you for considering us on this path. We are a young, artsy couple living in Vancouver, BC. I have a Ph.D. and teach at a local university, while my husband is a talented musician and music teacher. After my breast cancer diagnosis, we've decided to pursue surrogacy, as carrying a pregnancy is risky for me. With embryos already created before treatment, we are eager to find a surrogate who shares our hope and kindness. About this intended parents profile

We are an artsy/creative/intellectual couple. I have a Ph.D. and teach in the teacher education program at the local university. My husband is a musician and music teacher, and has his own teaching business. He is Mexican, I am from California, and we love to travel. We'd love to meet you and see if this is something we all could work on together. It's been a hard process, deciding to go with a surrogate, but we really want to be parents and are hoping to meet the right person.

We are a young couple, and just before we were about to start trying for a baby I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I went through treatment, and have gotten the all-clear, but we still want kids, very badly! Because my cancer was estrogen-positive, it would be risky for me to have a pregnancy. Luckily, we made embryos before I started treatment, and so we are excited to use those. We are looking for someone who is interested in altruistic surrogacy and who wants to help us start a family.
