I am 31 and my partner Wayne is 28. I work in the hospitality industry managing a golf club not far from our home in Guildford. Wayne is a hairdresser for a leading salon company. We have both always dreamed of having children and both feel we are at the right stage in our lives to live this dream. My partner and I have been together for just over 4 years and would like to start a family. We already have an egg donor and are now looking for a surrogate mother to carry our child.

Dear Surrogate Thank you for taking the time to read our application. When we first discussed the idea of starting a family we had no idea surrogacy was available to us. Since learning more about it we are simply overwhelmed with joy that we could be parents to our own biological child and are so grateful to woman like yourself that offer the gift of carrying someone's child. There are not enough words to fill this small box which can express our excitement to start a family. We both separately longed to be fathers and were so blessed to meet each other and share the same 'parent dream'. We are both in a great place and have worked hard to get here. Our careers are going well and we feel both emotionally and physically strong. Our families are aware of our plans and have been and will continue to be supportive through all stages of having our baby. After 4 great years we recently got engaged and are busy planning our wedding for early October 2015. Even though a wedding is such a big day for us our real ambition is to raise a child and we both feel we have the love and care to give our baby. We are both strong willed individuals who can guarantee you support before, throughout and after the child is born and we hope to be able to meet and talk to you soon. Best wishes, Ade and Wayne
