Hi, I'm LaToya. I’m a loving and outgoing person from Newport News, Virginia, and I have two wonderful children who fill my life with happiness. With an Associate's degree in medical administration and a certification in billing and coding, I understand the value of support and care in bringing a child into the world. I want to be a surrogate because I believe everyone deserves the chance to become a parent.
