If you could find my kids nanny in your place, I&son can fly to you. The probability of pregnancy/one artificial insemination is 40% in a clean ladies clinic in Tokyo, so you could be pregnant by the 3rd-4th insem. The insem should be done only in your ovulation day. If you accept the insem other day, the pregnancy probability must be lower. So you need to check your body temperature and estimate your exact ovulation day.
