I eat a plant based semi-vegan diet with lots fresh vegetables, protein and fish oils everyday. I exercise and I never get sick. I have never had sun burn and my skin heals quickly from cuts or abrasions. I have thick hair that grows very fast and I am a slim build with high cheekbones and a very flattering appearance. I never had acne in high school and I have never had any health problems or conditions. I eat strictly organic and I don't drink any other beverages besides organic herbal tea and filtered water.
