I own my own business, have had 4 kids and my boyfriend has 1. I'm 39 years old. Spend my days fully working and at home. I do smoke but for the last few years, it's been down to 1-2 smokes a night. I smoked before all my kids, but never smoked during pregnancy, was an automatic quit.

Personal letter

I would like to help you complete your family. I understand that we are to fill out these questions, but there is more to a person than just a quick answer to choose from. I understand fully about difficult times and difficult decisions. I have had many people in my life help me through things, and been through toughest times with my kids, I am strictly about helping others. My choice for surrogacy is purely from the heart, I love to help other people and I know how much family means, as I am a big family person myself. I have noticed there are some people that choose not to have communication with the surrogate afterwards, but I would like to be the lucky person that gets to keep in touch throughout years to follow. Or at least for a short time. Don't worry I'm not asking for daily updates or to get under anyone's skin :-
