I eat organically and I study nutrition so I know what things to avoid such is obvious things like caffeine and junk food and some of the things that aren't so obvious such as msg, genetically modified foods, aspartame, etc. child would be in very good hands with me I would treat your child as my own. basically I like to live a natural lifestyle.
