I am proud to be Surro of two beautiful Twin Girls. They both are sweet and healthy. We did it all in Michigan, so i can't really say it's not possible. Not much afford for all the papers. I would love to do it again, as my family is complete. Everything went fine and smooth and the parents are proud as can be.
