I am happily married, and my husband has been an incredible support throughout my journey into motherhood. 1 of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had was assisting a couple from another country as they welcomed their healthy baby girl. They traveled to Kenya during my last semester for her delivery, and I was honored to help with a smooth, full-term, normal delivery that had no complications. My husband stood by my side every step of the way, ensuring that I felt cared for and supported until the very end.

When I was young, my aunt was diagnosed with fibroids. She underwent surgery that seemed successful at first, but unfortunately, the fibroids spread, and she ultimately had to have her womb removed. This experience had a profound impact on many people around us.
