i am originally from new zealand and moved here to Melbourne Australia as my husband to be is from here. we travelled around australia for about a year and have now set firm roots in melbourne.
i am 29 years old and when i was 19 i had a minor stroke which has put me on life long medication. Then when i was 21 i fell pregnant but didnt realise until i was about 13 weeks along. Because i didnt realise i was pregnant i continued taking my medication. The pregnancy was then classed as very high risk and i spent the next 6 months in hospital. I was 6 months pregnant when my baby died. because i was so far along i had to be induced and give birth. I then had to have my tubes tied because it was too dangerous for me to get pregnant because of my medical condition. So now 10 years on i am engaged to be married and we feel we are ready to have a baby and we would love to be able to do this through surrogacy.
