Dear Potential Surrogate, Firstly, thank you so much for taking the time to read our profile and get to know a little about us. We know that considering surrogacy is an extraordinary thing, and we have so much admiration and respect for anyone who is open to helping another family in such a special way. We are Nathalie and Jamie, a happily married couple living in Hampshire with our 2 wonderful young boys, aged 5 and 3. We're a loving, happy and close-knit family who enjoy spending time together, making memories and embracing all the chaos and joy that comes with raising 2 little boys! I work in the charity sector, while Jamie works from home for a tech start-up. We're both professionals but, above everything else, family is at the heart of our lives. We're a liberal, open-minded and down-to-earth couple who value kindness, honesty, inclusivity and treating others with respect. We love a good laugh, don't take ourselves too seriously and try to approach life with warmth and positivity. Although we feel incredibly fortunate to have our 2 boys, we've always dreamed of having a bigger family. Sadly, over the past 2 years, we've experienced the unimaginable heartbreak of 2 stillbirths. These experiences have changed us in ways that are difficult to put into words, but they haven't taken away our hope of welcoming another child into our family. After everything we've been through, we've started exploring surrogacy as a possible way to fulfil that dream. For us, though, surrogacy is about so much more than bringing a baby into the world. We know that this is an enormous commitment, emotionally and physically, and we would never underestimate the generosity, strength and trust involved. What matters most to us is finding someone with whom we can build a genuine connection and, hopefully, a lasting friendship. We don't want this to feel like a transaction or simply a process to navigate together. We'd love to really get to know you as a person, share laughter and experiences, and build a relationship based on openness, honesty, mutual respect and trust. We would want you to feel completely comfortable, valued and supported throughout the journey, with your feelings, wellbeing and boundaries always respected. We understand that everyone approaches surrogacy differently, and we'd love to learn what matters most to you and what you would hope for from the experience. We're not looking to rush into anything. We believe that the right connection takes time, and we'd much rather start with a conversation, get to know each other naturally and see whether we feel like a good fit.
