Dear Surrogate mother, We would like to take this opportunity to thankyou for even considering to be a potential surrogate mum. We have been trying to make a family for the past 10 years without success. Unfortunately at a young age, I had a burst appendix which needed emergency surgery, and in the procedure of having my appendix taken out, the surgeon damaged my fallopian tubes, but I am thankful because he saved my life. Consequently, I have had my tubes removed so am now unable to have children unassisted. We are a happy couple who enjoy life and love to travel and see new things and would like nothing more than to share this and our love with our children.
