I have tried to acquit myself to a life without children but cannot. I have strove to ensure my rightness for parenthood....it is not a selfish want, or a quick fix solution for some unnamed failing....it is deep seated yearning and remains, always there. Friends and family speak of my husband and my relationship as special and something they strive to attain but secretly I feel Ive failed him...he is a lovely even natured gentleman who in every way would make an ideal father...it is painful to see him pulling away from open emotional social contact, as I guess so am I, in our secret pain of our future without your help.
