Intended parents surrogacy preferences

We are a happily married couple and have been married for nearly 5 years. 2 years ago we started trying for a baby. Sadly just over a year ago I was rushed into hospital with blood clots in my lungs. I was put onto warfarin for life. I've had many severe sides effects to them one of which I will explain should we find a lady who is interested in helping us. This is why we can not have our own children.
