Hi, we’re Nadine and James, a couple from Castlebar, Ireland. After a challenging medical journey, which involved treatment for bowel cancer, we are now eager to become parents. I Work in the allied health profession and my husband is a qualified carpenter and is completing his teaching degree. We met 13 years ago, We have built our home 5 years ago and are happily married 3 years. We are both very active and fit. We both love travel and are looking forward to extending our family.

I was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer when I was 29 years of age and unfortunately I had to have radical treatment. Thankfully before I started treatment my husband and I were given the opportunity to freeze our embryos. They are currently stored in the HARI unit in Dublin, Ireland. I am 31 now and my husband is 33 and we are healthy thank god. We are currently looking into options that may be available to us so that we can start our family

To whom it may Concern, When I saw this box at the end of the registration form I drew a blank. What is there to say. I am sure everyone who experiences difficulty with starting a family go through their own journey. My story is a little different. To save my life I had to have radical treatment and surgery which resulted in me being unable to carry my husbands babies. I was blessed with having an amazing medical team and I have 5 frozen Embryos stored. I was not diagnosed early because at the time I fell ill my husband and I were trying to conceive. We have been ready for 3 years to start our family and are as prepared as one can get. We hope you can help Love and best Nadine and James
